I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern with elegant dark wood accents and a spacious walk-in shower, making it a cozy retreat for my trip. The location was convenient to Plano Legacy shops and had excellent customer service from Felicia in the executive lounge, although the thin walls in the connecting rooms were a minor letdown.
